RNA Reset
Patented ionic, picometer-sized minerals in liquid form, plus a range of other supplements, from Dr. Carolyn Dean’s RNA Reset line.
Why Teri recommends it
In Teri’s words: you are not just what you eat, you are what you absorb. RNA Reset’s process produces minerals in picometer-sized ionic form (a picometer is one trillionth of a metre; a nano-sized particle is a thousand times larger), which the company describes as absorbable at the cellular level. The liquid form lets a person start slowly and work up to a fuller dose with ease. Teri points in particular to their magnesium.
